Winemaker´s Tasting Notes

The Rolling Stones Icewine is crafted in limited quantity from grapes grown exclusively on Ex Nihilo Vineyard sites in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada. When the bitter cold of winter freezes these Pinot Noir grapes, the juices from within intensify into a liquid romance. The grapes are hand picked and pressed in the extreme cold. The heady sweetness is elegantly balanced with crisp acidity. The finished wine explodes with flavours and fragrance of strawberry, mango and pear. We would like to share this decadent discovery with you. It is rare, enchanting and a little bit sinful.
